I’m an existing customer, what do I need to do?

Your current phone(s) will still work for a period of time, your plans won’t change, and your pricing will not change. However, the Sprint network is scheduled to shut down by the end of the year. Not all current customer phones will be compatible with the new network. If you bought a phone from us in the past year, such as a Samsung or Motorola phone, there is a good chance it will work with the new network. If you will need to upgrade your phone to use the new network, all current phones in the Twigby phone shop are tested to work perfectly with the new network.
