Having trouble finding your phone's IMEI number?

You need a SIM card to receive 4G LTE data service. Each SIM card has a unique ICCID reference number. Our system may have prepopulated an ICCID which is based on the last known SIM card to be used with the phone; however, these can be changed so we need you to either confirm the ICCID or add one if it is not prepopulated. Here is how you find it...

On an Android there are two options:

  1. MENU Method
    • Press the menu button and select Settings
    • Scroll down and click on About
    • Click Phone Identity or About or Status depending on the model you are using
    • Your 19 or 20 digit SIM ID or ICCID should be listed
  2. SIM Card Extraction
    • Open the back of the phone and there will be a white card in a slot
    • To extract the card you may have to remove the battery
    • Generally you give it a push and it will pop out
    • Occasionally a tool or pin is located next to the tray if needed
    • Get your reading glasses and you will see a 19 or 20 digit ID number on the extracted card

Do not look on the side of the box because that only shows the original SIM card and may be outdated

On an iPhone there are two options:

  1. MENU Method
    • Tap Settings
    • Tap General
    • Tap About
    • Your ICCID should be listed
  2. SIM Card Extraction
    • The SIM tray on iPhones are outside around the edge
    • To open you may need a tool or push pin. A pin may have come with it but a paper clip will do
    • Generally you give it a push and it will eject
    • Occasionally a tool or pin is located next to the tray if needed
    • Get your reading glasses and you will see a 19 or 20 digit ID number on the extracted card

Do not look on the side of the box because that only shows the original SIM card and may be outdated
