ShopSavvy is super easy to use. Simply use the Scan Barcode button at the bottom of the screen and put the barcode in the on-screen box. Then you’ll see both online and area stores that have what you are looking for. You can also use the search tool to find specific items if you don’t have the barcode.
You can also set up notifications for specific categories, items, or searches so that you’ll get notified when a sale comes up, whether it’s online or in a local shop.
ScanLife is super simple to use. The main screen is the barcode scanner, which saves time when you want results on your item quickly (though you can still search with text, which is handy). Simply check the barcode and you get the results.
The only drawback is that results are for prices that are online only and not area stores. It will display a description of the item that you searched for. The other apps on this list may have more comprehensive results, yet we included ScanLife because it is the easiest to use.

We found that the free version of Quick Scan searches online stores very quick and displays results in a very simple fashion which we liked a lot and found that was not the case with many of the apps we tested. If you upgrade to the pay version, you’ll also be able to see items in local stores as well.
