Twigby 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If a customer, for any reason is not completely satisfied within 30 days after activating service, Twigby will refund the cost of your phone (if one was purchased), your plan and any taxes/fees (excludes the cost of shipping if applicable).

Twigby Phone Return Information

The Twigby written return policy is 30 days. However, we try to treat each customer as a person and we'll always do our best to help them. Our goal is satisfied customers, so we want to make sure our customers are happy. 

If you decide to give us a try and the service doesn't live up to your expectations, we would work with you to correct the problem. In some cases, this could mean having you return the phone. Twigby Phone Warranty

All new and Certified/Refurbished Twigby phones have a 30-day warranty from purchase date. After 30 days, new phones have a 1 year warranty through the manufacturer. However, if you would prefer for us to assist you, we can manage it and get you into another phone. To better understand how this works, see our complete warranty information here. Phones you purchased elsewhere that you brought to Twigby are not covered under Twigby’s warranties.

What Is Typically Covered Under Warranty?

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover:

  • Defects arising from damage
  • Normal wear-and-tear or aging
  • Visible, accidental physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • "Rooted" or "modded" devices

Turn Off Locks for Android or iPhone

If you buy and receive a Twigby phone but then decide that the phone or coverage is not a good fit for you, simply ship the undamaged phone back to us within 30 days of its receipt in the original condition along with all accessories, the box, and printed material. You will also need to be sure to remove your device lock from your phone.
