To activate your NewPhoneMall phone purchase, follow these simple steps:
Step 1. Insert SIM card included with your purchase into your new phone. Keep phone turned off
Step 2. Go to www.twigby.com/page/byod
Step 3. Enter the IMEI number that is located on the sticker on the side of your phone's box, then click on CHECK PHONE button
Step 4. Next, click on the ALREADY HAVE A TWIGBY SIM CARD button and enter the 20 digit ICCID number printed on the SIM card within envelope
Step 5. Next you will set up your account, select plan and activate phone
