This allows for them to avoid overage charges.<\/p>\n<p>With Twigby\u2019s Overage Protection set to ON, our customers never need \u00a0to worry about being charged more for their monthly bill as their usage can never exceed the limits of their chosen plan.<\/p>\n<p>However, we also know that there are some months when our customers want, or need, a little extra usage. Therefore, we also allow our customers to set Twigby\u2019s Overage Protection to OFF. When this is chosen, the plan is simply moved to the next highest available plan and the customer is charged the difference. No gimmicks, no added fees and no hassles.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Can I choose when to turn Overage Protection on or off?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Great news! We\u2019ve recently made some updates to our self-care portal, now giving our customers the chance to change their overage protection on or off whenever they desire from within their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twigby.com\/signin\/login\" target=\"_blank\">own account<\/a>.
