What is Caller ID with Name?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Caller ID with Name comes with SPAM Filter included for just $2.75\/month. Caller ID with Name lets you put a name to unknown callers. Regardless of whether a number is in your contacts list, with Caller ID with Name you will be able to see the full name, city, and phone number for any call.<\/p>\n

To add this feature to your line, simply follow the steps below.<\/p>\n

  1. Log into your Twigby account<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Go to “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”. If you do not see it, tap on the orange menu icon \"\"\u00a0. Then you will be able to choose “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”<\/li>\n
  3. Scroll down to “LINE SETTINGS” and select the desired line from the drop-down menu (if you have multiple lines)<\/li>\n
  4. Click on “Caller ID Name”<\/li>\n
  5. Read the disclaimer and click “ADD TO CART” to confirm adding the enhanced feature<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What is SPAM Filter? <\/strong><\/h2>\n

    With SPAM Filter, saying goodbye to unwanted calls has never been easier. When using this feature, you will receive real-time alerts as calls come in that help you detect and avoid spam callers. From there, you can flag a number as spam or not which helps put you more in control of any incoming calls.<\/p>\n

    To add this feature to your line, follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n

      Customers can now protect their name and number when making outgoing calls by blocking their caller ID. Outgoing Caller ID is how people recognize that it is you calling them. If you wish to block this feature so your phone number is not displayed to the person you are calling, simply follow the steps below. This feature is free to use and can be turned on or off at any time.<\/p>\n
