We\u2019ve all been there before \u2013 something happened to your phone and you need to replace it. Either it got stolen, it\u2019s lost somewhere at the bottom of a lake, or you dropped it and now the phone won\u2019t function because it\u2019s damaged. Or maybe it\u2019s been so long since you\u2019ve had your phone now and it\u2019s just that time to finally get a new one. At Twigby, we\u2019ve made it easier for you to order a replacement phone with our phone replacement program, regardless of your situation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Replacing your phone can be done right in the Twigby Selfcare App<\/a> or by going to twigby.com<\/a> and signing into your account. You simply keep the same account, line, and phone service you love but with a new phone. It\u2019s so easy!<\/p>\n

To order your replacement phone, follow these quick and easy steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Sign in to your account using the Twigby Selfcare App<\/a> or by going to\u00a0twigby.com<\/a>\u00a0and clicking SIGN IN in the upper right-hand corner.<\/li>\n
  2. Once logged in to your account, select \u201cAccount Settings\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Scroll down to the Line Settings section.<\/li>\n
  4. In the yellow header right below \u201cLine Settings\u201d, make sure the line you are ordering the phone for is selected.<\/li>\n
  5. Scroll down to the last option under Line Settings and click \u201cOrder Replacement Phone\u201d.<\/li>\n
  6. From the pop-up menu, click \u201cNo\u201d if your current phone is still working. Click \u201cYes\u201d if your current phone is not working or has been lost\/stolen.<\/li>\n
  7. Once you have made the selection from the pop-up menu, you will be directed to select the phone you wish to purchase by clicking \u201cAdd to Cart\u201d from the main page or from the individual phone detail page.<\/li>\n
  8. If accessories are available for the phone you selected, they will appear on the next page. Make your selections and then click \u201cContinue to Cart\u201d.<\/li>\n
  9. Confirm your order is correct and click \u201cCheckout\u201d.<\/li>\n
  10. Enter the address you want the phone shipped to, select the shipping option and click \u201cContinue\u201d.<\/li>\n
  11. Select the credit or debit card you wish to use for payment or enter a new card. When done, click \u201cContinue to Order Summary\u201d.<\/li>\n
  12. Review your order to make sure everything is correct. When done, click \u201cPurchase\u201d at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You are done! You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Then you will receive a second email when your order is processed and is ready for shipment.<\/p>\n

    Please note that one replacement phone can be purchased in any six-month period on any line that is active with Twigby. Additional replacement phones can be purchased under certain circumstances by paying full retail price. Twigby reserves the right to cancel any replacement phone order.<\/h6>\n
